Our Streamlined Design Process

1. Submit Enquiry Form

Start by filling out our simple enquiry form, letting us know all the details of the items you need. This is where we gather information on whether you require emotes, animations, or other assets. Your ideas and requirements help us understand your project better. There’s no obligation to purchase anything by filling out this form.

2. Receive Quote

Within 3 days of receiving your enquiry form, we’ll provide a detailed quote tailored to your specific requirements. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder in case our email lands there. If more details are needed or if the budget isn’t realistic, you may not receive a quote.

3. Pay First Half

Once you agree to the price, we’ll send the invoice for the first half of the payment. The remaining balance is due upon completion before we send the final files. Payments can be made via PayPal or any major debit/credit card. We accept payments in all currencies. This initial payment is non-refundable.

4. Our Team Meeting

Next, we dive into a detailed discussion with our team, using the information you’ve provided. We brainstorm ideas, create mood boards, and develop initial concepts. This step is crucial for ensuring that our vision aligns with yours before we proceed to the first draft.

5. Receive First Draft

You’ll receive the first draft of your design, which may be a sketch or a digital proposal depending on what you’ve ordered. This draft is used to confirm that we’re on the right track. Your feedback is essential at this stage to guide the direction of the final design.

6. Revisions / Edits

If the initial draft doesn’t quite meet your expectations, or if you have minor changes in mind, this is the time to make those tweaks. Revisions are typically allowed as long as they relate to the original concept. Major changes in direction may require additional discussions and adjustments

7. Final Versions

After revisions, we’ll present you with the final version of your design. This will typically be in full color and more detailed. This is your chance to approve the final designs before we prepare the final files for delivery.

8. Pay Second Half

Once you’ve approved the final design, we’ll send the invoice for the second half of the payment. As soon as this payment is processed, we’ll prepare and deliver the final high-resolution files. Payment is securely handled via PayPal or credit card.

9. Delivery

We then resize and export all your design assets, ensuring they are optimized for your chosen platform. You’ll receive a link to download all the final files, and you can also request the source files if needed. We ensure everything is ready for immediate use.

10. Ongoing Support

Even after delivery, we’re here to help with any questions or issues you might have. Whether you need assistance uploading your new assets or have a technical question, our team is ready to support you. We also keep your files safe in case you need them again in the future.
